Her practice is focused on international arbitration and litigation.
Sana has acted for clients in arbitrations conducted under the main institutional rules. She has experience of the major standard forms including FIDIC, JCT and NEC and has advised on bespoke contracts used in domestic and international projects.

- acting for an international contractor in arbitration proceedings under the LCIA rules in relation to contractual disputes arising out of the construction of a wastewater treatment plant and deep gravity sewer in the Middle East;
