Fenwick Elliott has appointed two Senior Associates at its London office, boosting its market-leading team for construction law.
Rebecca Cook [1] joins the firm from the Auckland office of MinterEllison, where she acted on several high profile and significant public and private sector projects throughout New Zealand and the wider Asia-Pacific region. She brings a wealth of experience in all forms of construction dispute resolution, having represented clients in negotiation, mediation, adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings. Rebecca qualified in July 2014.
Simon Thompson [2] arrives after six years in the London construction disputes team of BCLP. He has experience advising domestic and international clients, including employers and contractors, on disputes arising in a variety of sectors including energy and commercial and residential property in a wide range of dispute resolution procedures. He qualified in November 2014.
