Neil has worked as practice manager at Fenwick Elliott since 1989. He became a partner in April 2009, being one of the first non-solicitor partners in a law firm following changes to the way legal firms can now operate, under the 2007 Legal Services Act.
Neil's primary role is that of financial management. In addition, he is also heavily involved in other areas, such as risk management, quality control, client care, human resources, marketing, advertising, facilities management, purchasing and IT.
Neil's business management role covers compliance with money laundering regulations and Law Society and SRA regulatory obligations.
