Patrick Stone named as Top 10 Lawyer in Construction Week Middle East’s Power 100
Patrick Stone, partner and head of Fenwick Elliott’s international hub in Dubai, has been named as one of the top 10 lawyers as part of Construction Week Middle East’s Power 100 list.
The ranking recognises the 100 most influential leaders in the Middle East construction industry, based on the projects they are working on, new instructions and successes, as well as initiatives undertaken for the well-being of their employees. It is the third time that Patrick has been ranked in the guide.
Fenwick Elliott’s International office hub in Dubai has seen continued growth under Patrick’s leadership, working with a dedicated team in the region, as well as the firm’s partners and lawyers in London. Active matters handled in the firm’s Dubai office grew by 100% between 2022-23, and the firm announced its new alliance with Qatari firm Al-Sulaiti in October 2022.
Patrick comments: “I’m delighted to have been recognised by Construction Week Middle East. It’s a testament to the work of the entire team in our Dubai International office hub, as well as our close working and collaboration with the firm as a whole.”
To compile the list, the editorial team at Construction Week Middle East reached out to a panel of industry experts across the MENA region to rank the individuals and their respective companies based on a point system.
The final Power 100 ranking for 2023 was formulated using publicly available data, responses to a questionnaire, and the collective assessment made by the publication’s editorial team and the expert panel regarding each company’s achievements in the preceding 12 months.
