We are incredibly sad to inform you that Jon passed away peacefully on 2^nd September 2024 after a very short illness. We have included a tribute to Jon on our news page, and please do contact us if you would like to share any memories of Jon.

Lucinda’s contentious and non-contentious experience (in-house and in practice) covers standard form and bespoke contracts and the spectrum of issues they raise including contract formation, delay, defects, variations and termination.  Lucinda advises employers, main contractors, specialist subcontractors and suppliers about how to avoid, manage and resolve disputes (using litigation, adjudication and ADR as appropriate) throughout the life-cycle of their construction and engineering contracts.

George has experience of a wide variety of construction and engineering disputes and specialises in all forms of dispute resolution, including court proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court, adjudication, arbitration and mediation.

Laura has experience in major energy, construction and engineering disputes gained through litigation, arbitration, adjudication and various forms of dispute resolution. She has acted for domestic and international clients, including employers, contractors and subcontractors.
