Senior Associate hires boost Fenwick Elliott’s top ranked construction disputes team
Fenwick Elliott has appointed two Senior Associates at its London office, boosting its market-leading team for construction law.
Rebecca Cook joins the firm from the Auckland office of MinterEllison, where she acted on several high profile and significant public and private sector projects throughout New Zealand and the wider Asia-Pacific region. She brings a wealth of experience in all forms of construction dispute resolution, having represented clients in negotiation, mediation, adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings. Rebecca qualified in July 2014.
Simon Thompson arrives after six years in the London construction disputes team of BCLP. He has experience advising domestic and international clients, including employers and contractors, on disputes arising in a variety of sectors including energy and commercial and residential property in a wide range of dispute resolution procedures. He qualified in November 2014.
